FAQs: Shipping, Returns & Product Care

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location.

Yes, returns are accepted within 30 days (conditions apply).

We don’t do resizing, however rings can be exchanged if there is an issue in the size of the ring. Contact customer experience for assistance.

A one-year warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes wear & tear, improper use, or third-party alterations.

We provide shipping to almost all countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on destination and order value.

What are the shipping fees and delivery timelines?

Shipping timelines indicated below, are approximate. This does not include weekends, holidays or any unforeseeable delays with the courier (weather, volume, traffic, etc). Standard shipping timeline is between 2-4 business days for US and Canada. Rest of the world 7-9 business days.
Your order may be split if the estimated dispatch dates are more than 7 days apart.
The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts, and is non-refundable.
Deliveries outside of Canada, may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Please note that Hirany does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Hirany is not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Track my Order

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of purchase by logging into your account. Once logged in, go to My Orders and click “Cancel Order”. If you don’t have an account, you can create one using the same email used to place the order. Our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, so we’re unable to guarantee any cancellation requests or changes to your order past this window.

If your order is not processed by the estimated shipping date, Contact Customer Support, they will provide you with an update within 24-48 hours (check your inbox!). Keeping you informed is a top priority for us, and we appreciate your patience. As always, feel free to reach out to us via Live Chat should you have any questions.

In Stock -> It’s in our facilities and ready for a new home! In-Stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days from the purchase date. In-stock engraved and monogrammed pieces take more time to get personalized, and typically ship within 8 business days from the purchase date. Shipping Later -> We don’t have it on hand yet, but it’s coming soon! Not to worry, you can still purchase it and your order will be added in the queue to be shipped as soon as it’s available. The estimated ship date is indicated on the product page and at check-out for your reference. Kindly note that you will be charged at the time the order is placed.

Duties, Taxes and Custom Fees

United States and Canada Duties are included. Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.
Other international shipments: There may be duties, taxes and custom fees incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for.
Please note that Hirany does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country.

Foreign Transaction Fees
Hirany does not charge any additional fees other than the total amount owed for the order. Other fees would have been applied by your bank and are not under the control of Hirany.
As we’re based out of Canada, banks in other countries may consider us a ‘foreign company’ and charge additional international fees on their own. We are not able to provide a refund for any foreign transaction fees.

What's your return policy?

We offer free 30-day returns in select regions, starting from the day the shipment is delivered.

Return requirements

Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage

Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)

No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.

Return shipping

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returning orders subject to a return fee will be deducted from the amount being refunded to you.

  2. Find your order and click “Return Items”
  3. Follow the instructions to download the return shipping label and drop off/schedule a pickup

Returning a gift?

We offer store credit (eGift card) for returning gift orders. Select the country above in which the order was originally shipped to and you’ll have the option to select “Returning a gift”. An order number is required. Please note, Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returning orders subject to a return fee will be deducted from the amount being refunded/credited to you.

Online Return
Please note your return will be processed within 7 business days from the time we receive it in our warehouse. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email! For more details, please check our Payments FAQs here!

Please ensure to send back the correct and complete item(s) for your return. Due to logistics and customs restrictions, Hirany cannot reship or store non-Hirany items mistakenly sent as returns.

What does the warranty cover?

One year warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover lost items, scratches, or normal wear.

Important:

By submitting a warranty claim, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • Return of Impacted Product: If your warranty submission is accepted, you must send the impacted product to us for quality assurance review and testing.
  • If the item is in stock, and your warranty submission is approved, you will receive a replacement of the same item.
  • If the item is not in stock due to inventory limitations or discontinuation, you will be issued a store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the original item.
  • Third-party services: Leveraging a third party repair service will void Hirany’s warranty. Hirany does not accept warranty claims with post-purchase modifications.
  • Promotional products: Items received from a promotion or campaign may be excluded from our warranty policy.
How do I take care of my jewelry?

Care for Sterling Silver Jewelry

The best way to keep sterling silver looking its finest is through regular, proactive care.

  • Gently wipe your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth after each wear.
  • To remove tarnish, lightly buff with a silver polishing cloth.
  • Sterling silver is safe to clean using an ultrasonic cleaner.

Use Hirany’s ring sizing guide or measure the inside diameter of a ring you own and compare to the size chart.

Factors like global supply chain challenges, inflation, and fluctuations in raw material costs may occasionally affect our pricing. Rest assured, we continuously monitor these conditions and remain committed to providing you with high-quality products at fair and accessible prices.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! We offer digital gift cards. Simply click here. While digital cards are emailed directly to the recipient.
You can also select the value that works best for you. Please note, all gift card purchases are non-refundable.
Also, discount codes cannot be applied to digital gift card purchases. Hirany reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with these policies. See the full Fine Print here.

Hirany gift cards may only be redeemed in the currency in which they were originally purchased.

Digital Gift Card

At checkout, enter your gift card code by selecting “Apply a gift card.” The card value will be automatically applied to your order total.

If there’s a remaining balance, you can pay the difference using a credit card or PayPal.

To check your balance, log into your Hirany profile. If you don’t have one yet, create an account—it’s quick and easy.

Once signed in, go to “Gift Card” in your profile and enter your card number. Your remaining balance will appear there.

Our packaging is a standard black box to which We can include a gift card. Provide us the greeting message to be included when checking out.

What payment methods are accepted?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay, and egift cards are accepted.

Please note that refunds can only be issued to the original method of payment used when placing the order. Once your returned item is received at our warehouse, it may take up to 10–15 business days for our returns team to process it and send you a confirmation email.

Refund Timelines by Payment Method

  1. Credit Card
    After your return is processed, it typically takes 5–10 business days (depending on your bank) for funds to appear back in your account. If your card has been canceled or replaced, your bank will transfer the refund to your updated card details.
  2. Debit Visa Card
    Online purchases made with a Debit Visa are processed like a credit card refund. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
  3. PayPal
    Once your refund is issued, PayPal will send you a notification. It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
  4. Klarna
    Refunds for Klarna purchases may take up to 14 business days to appear. Klarna will automatically update your balance, and any future payments will be adjusted. Payments already made will be refunded to your original method of payment. For more details, contact Klarna’s Customer Service directly. (Available for United States, Canada, United Kingdom) Once your refund is issued, PayPal will send you a notification. It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
  5. Digital eGift Cards
    If your purchase was made with a digital gift card and returned, the refunded amount will be issued as store credit to your Hirany account. If you don’t have an account yet, simply create one by clicking SIGN IN. Once your refund is issued, PayPal will send you a notification. It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
  6. Store Credit
    Returns made with store credit will be reissued in the same currency as the original purchase. Store credit cannot be issued in a different currency. If you don’t already have an account, you can set one up by clicking SIGN IN.
