eGift Card Terms & Conditions
Hirany offers eGift Cards as a convenient way to share the gift of choice. Please review the following terms and conditions which govern its use.
1. Nature of eGift Cards
- Hirany only provides digital eGift Cards. Physical gift cards are not available.
- eGift Cards are issued electronically and delivered to the recipient’s email address provided at the time of purchase.
- eGift Cards are treated as cash and should be safeguarded accordingly.
2. Validity & Expiry
- eGift Cards are valid for 12 months (1 year) from the date of issue.
- After expiry, any unused balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, reissued, or extended.
3. Usage & Redemption
- eGift Cards can be redeemed exclusively on Hirany’s official website.
- They may be used to pay for purchases in full or in part, up to the available balance.
- If your purchase exceeds the eGift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
- eGift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
4. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
- Items purchased using an eGift Card are subject to Hirany’s standard Returns & Exchanges Policy.
- If a refund is approved, the amount originally paid with an eGift Card will be refunded back to a new eGift Card.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. Balance Management
- Customers are responsible for tracking their eGift Card balance.
- Balances can be checked anytime by contacting Hirany Customer Service at [email address] or by using our online balance checker tool (coming soon).
- Hirany does not provide monthly statements or automatic notifications of balance usage.
6. Security & Responsibility
- Treat eGift Cards like cash: lost, stolen, or misdirected eGift Cards cannot be replaced or refunded unless required by law.
- Hirany is not responsible for eGift Cards that are lost or compromised due to incorrect recipient email addresses provided at purchase.
7. Currency & Region
- eGift Cards are issued in the currency of purchase and can only be redeemed on the Hirany website corresponding to that region.
- Currency conversion does not apply; an eGift Card purchased in one currency cannot be redeemed on a site operating in a different currency.
8. Combining Payments
- Multiple eGift Cards may be redeemed on a single purchase.
- eGift Cards may also be combined with other accepted payment methods (credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.) to complete a purchase.
9. General
- eGift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or refunds (except where required by law).
- Resale of Hirany eGift Cards without express written consent is prohibited.
- Hirany reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
