eGift Card Terms & Conditions

Hirany offers eGift Cards as a convenient way to share the gift of choice. Please review the following terms and conditions which govern its use.

1. Nature of eGift Cards

  • Hirany only provides digital eGift Cards. Physical gift cards are not available.
  • eGift Cards are issued electronically and delivered to the recipient’s email address provided at the time of purchase.
  • eGift Cards are treated as cash and should be safeguarded accordingly.

2. Validity & Expiry

  • eGift Cards are valid for 12 months (1 year) from the date of issue.
  • After expiry, any unused balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, reissued, or extended.

3. Usage & Redemption

  • eGift Cards can be redeemed exclusively on Hirany’s official website.
  • They may be used to pay for purchases in full or in part, up to the available balance.
  • If your purchase exceeds the eGift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
  • eGift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

4. How to Redeem Your Coupon or Gift Card for an Online Purchase?

If you already have a Hirany account:

  • Login to your Hirany account and select “My Orders.”
  • From the left-hand menu, select “Store Credit.”
  • Enter your Coupon Number or Gift Card Number in the “Redeem Gift Cards” field.
  • Click the “Redeem” button to submit your code.
  • Once successfully redeemed, the balance will be added to your Store Credit.
  • You can use your available Store Credit toward your online purchase.

5. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

  • Items purchased using an eGift Card are subject to Hirany’s standard Returns & Exchanges Policy.
  • If a refund is approved, the amount originally paid with an eGift Card will be refunded back to a new eGift Card.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

6. Balance Management

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their eGift Card balance.
  • Balances can be checked anytime by contacting Hirany Customer Service at [email address] or by using our online balance checker tool (coming soon).
  • Hirany does not provide monthly statements or automatic notifications of balance usage.

7. Security & Responsibility

  • Treat eGift Cards like cash: lost, stolen, or misdirected eGift Cards cannot be replaced or refunded unless required by law.
  • Hirany is not responsible for eGift Cards that are lost or compromised due to incorrect recipient email addresses provided at purchase.

8. Currency & Region

  • eGift Cards are issued in the currency of purchase and can only be redeemed on the Hirany website corresponding to that region.
  • Currency conversion does not apply; an eGift Card purchased in one currency cannot be redeemed on a site operating in a different currency.

9. Combining Payments

  • Multiple eGift Cards may be redeemed on a single purchase.
  • eGift Cards may also be combined with other accepted payment methods (credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.) to complete a purchase.

10. General

  • eGift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or refunds (except where required by law).
  • Resale of Hirany eGift Cards without express written consent is prohibited.
  • Hirany reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
