9. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are handled under our Returns Policy, aligned with Canadian consumer protection laws.
- Change-of-mind returns: Accepted within 30 days if items are in “As New Condition.” Exclusions include custom/engraved pieces or resized rings.
- Faulty or defective items: Eligible for repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.
10. Warranty
- Hirany provides a 12-month limited warranty from purchase against manufacturing defects.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or accidental damage.
- We will professionally clean and inspect your item
- We will refinish and polish your item, this includes retexture / restoring a brush finish
- We will complete basic re-shaping of your ring or solid bangle
- This warranty is in addition to your statutory consumer rights in Canada.
11. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hirany is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses from your use of the site or products.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant transaction.
12. Intellectual Property
- All content (text, designs, images, logos, trademarks) on the Hirany website is owned by Hirany or its licensors.
- You may access and print content only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
