Refund and Returns Policy

In this returns policy, the expressions “Hirany”, “we”, “us” and “our” are a reference LAVALIERE INC. (Canada) CN#1368783-0.

What is the standard return policy?

  1. You may return new items sold and fulfilled online by Hirany within 30 days of delivery for a full refund excluding items that have been personalised with engraving. Return Requirements Items should be returned in their original product packaging with the original product tags attached.
  2. Include a copy of your shipping confirmation email or order confirmation email in the package.
  3. No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.
  4. Contact us via Online Chat or returns@hirany.com to initiate a return. You’ll need to provide your order number, contact details and reason for return.
  5. All shipping return charges must be pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries. We require that returned items are insured during delivery (such as Australia Post ‘Extra Cover’) to safeguard against loss.

All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed. We refund you the same way that you initially paid for your order excluding any delivery charges within 15 business days of receiving your returned item.

Are all items returnable?

Below items are non-returnable:

  1. Engraved and monogrammed products
  2. eGift cards
  3. Final sale items

Change of Mind Policy

Goods are eligible for the 30-day Change of Mind policy provided that they are in as new condition and are accompanied by proof of purchase and original packaging with the original product tags in place.

Definition of ‘As New Condition’: The item must not have been worn; the item must be in pristine condition with no damage, scratches, or signs of wear. Determination of an item matching the definition of ‘As New Condition’ is at the sole discretion of Hirany.

Special orders and engraved items are not eligible for the 30-day Change of Mind policy.

How do I return my online purchase?

If you have an account

  1. Log into your Hirany account and select “My Orders”
  2. Find your order and click “Return Items”
  3. Return label will be generated and emailed to you.

International Orders (U.S. Customers)

Are Gifts returnable?

We offer store credit for returning gift orders by issuing an eGift card. Please see ‘eGift Card Policy’ for more details. You will receive an eGift card for the value of the item. See ‘Returns Requirement’ for Shipping the item back to us.

Governing law

This returns policy is governed by the laws in force in Ontario, Canada. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
